"It is a beautiful property particularly in the common spaces (breakfast room, library). The rooms are in need of some work: a few small changes would make the rooms cleaner, brighter and functional. Consider small touches like kleenex and water glasses to more substantial ones like a small refrigerator and a fresh coat of paint. "Rooms are a bit small but free breakfast and convenience is a plus! Rooms were clean, amenities were clean. Have a coffee area to purchase starbucks and snacks. "

"We got to the hotel early and they allowed us to check in early which was great after an over night flight. We had a room in the 3rd floor, it was spacious and clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better room. The restaurant on the first floor was closed for dinner that night but we were able to enjoy a great breakfast the next morning. Will be booking with them next time I visit Edinburgh."
