However, when we went to go to bed and pulled the sheet back on our bed, there were hairs everywhere. So we we had to go down the hill to reception to collect all new bedding, lug it back up the hill and remake our bed. Wouldn’t have been a big issue but we never got an apology over the 4 days we were there. When we checked out we mentioned it again and was told it had been reported to the area manager. Who and where they were we had no idea. Thought this was quite poor given that we were staying so many nights. These are lovely rooms with great views across the loch and right in town so close to all the amenities. They just need to maybe up the staff levels as only ever seem to be one member of staff about, which is why we had to collect our own sheets. I am not faulting the lady we chatted to on reception, just that there should be at least 2 of them so one can attend to guests issues etc. If it hadn’t have been for this it would have been a perfect stay."
