If something couldn't be answered immediately, someone was on it in reasonable time. I am a mature traveler and would definitely recommend for all ages18 and above. I will definitely be back one day. Some works going on in the floor I was staying on. Making noise early on but I was up anyway with the TV! Overall I would stay again as it was fine on the first stay.
