"Really great hotel. 10 minute cable car ride to Pier 39. hotel security was good. Door is locked at night so I need a key to get into the building. Breakfast did not come with stay. Our room had great views of San Francisco very comfortable beds. Very quiet."

I have no complaint about the buffet breakfast they served American and Japanese foods and they are all delicious. Servers very attentive to the guests. Location very convenient.
