Great hotel. Always clean and the beds are sooo comfortable! The hotel is in a great location. Check is always easy with a friendly smile. Great breakfast as well. Definitely our go-to hotel when we are in the area!!

A masterclass in contradictions.
On one hand, the bed was genuinely comfortable. On the other hand, the sheet and blanket were so thin they could pull double duty as cheesecloth, and the single pillows provided zero structural support.
The bathroom plumbing put on a full orchestral performance of groans every time we turned on the shower, and the lobby offered a live, uncredited telenovela performance by a lady having an absolute screaming match on speakerphone.

We loved the amazing staff- very friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming! We also loved the central location- about 8 minutes to be on York Beach in one direction and 8 minutes to be at the amazing Kittery Outlets. So many great restaurants inbetween!

Here visiting my son and daughter-in-law. Hotel looks new, no issues whatsoever; had a lovely stay. Convenient location, easy to find, and a restaurant just across the street.

We had a great weekend stay. The hotel & rooms were very clean, best toiletries!
The breakfast restaurant was a great little surprise. The guys in the pub make great drinks and it was a nice place to hang out.
Proximity to downtown was great.
