"The room was ok but the decor is a little dated and not to our liking and we were not the most comfortable there as a family of 4. The bathroom blind didn’t work well and no obscure glasses never felt totally private having a shower after dark so had one with the lights off. The grounds of the hotel were nice and location was ok with only a 20 minute walk into town. The guy on reception was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that."

"This home is in downtown Mystic. There is a view of the harbor. The location is ideal if you want to be downtown. The house is clean, comfortable and an antique. Communication with the owner was excellent. My only caveat would be if you have mobility issues know that the floors are slanted and the stairway is steep. It truly is an antique with antique decor throughout the home. The bedrooms are upstairs. We had a wonderful stay in Mystic."

"Place is perfectly fine for what it is, location is right off the highway, check in was easy, the staff were friendly and parking is free and easy. Only gripe we had was that we had asked for a non smoking room, which they acknowledged on check in, but once we got to our room it smelled of smoke and cigarettes. Suggestion being they keep non smoking rooms how they should be, not on a per customer basis. "
