“Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Always have to ring bell and eventually someone appears. Neon paper signs taped up in lobby area is a bit tacky. Breakfast is very……

“This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. I asked for towels and a working fridge as the one in the room wasn’t working and the food I place in there spoiled. She……

“The rooms are clean and very spacious. The elevator kept breaking down and with a bad knee on the 3rd floor with a sold out hotel it was a little frustrating but the staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The added kitchen and little sitting area was perfect for our family of 5 with two rooms. The kids were able to come visit but then go to their own room to sleep. The mall across the street is closed but there is other dining and shopping areas very……

“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall. The photos also make the room look much nicer and more……
