Had trouble figuring out the heat but the host was there in just a few minutes. After that it was smooth sailing. Like so many we haven't been with family during and after the pandemic so I wanted a place for us to gather so my 95 year old mother in law could see everyone for Christmas. We had a wonderful time. I am very fussy about cleaning and found everything spotless. The house is in an excellent location and close to anything you would want to go to from shopping to restaurants. Excellent WIFI and TV. TV has lots of nice clean movies and channels for the little ones if you have them. Plus the volume is loud enough for us older folks hard of hearing.
