“Stayed here for a kids soccer tournament. Staff were very friendly. Place was clean. We would stay here again. ”

“When we arrived, there were concrete barriers in the driveway and the hotel was abandoned. We asked a nearby hotel about the York Beach Surf Club and they said the bank foreclosed on them on Memorial Day. No one had contacted us to let us know. We had to scramble to find any hotel room still available ”

“Parking was easy but on the street, not particularly secure, and expensive - $35/day. I didn’t check that before I made the reservation - much to my dismay. I never met any staff but they were very responsive. The coffee/rec area was very nice. The rooms were very tasteful, clean, and comfortable. Great location. ”

“I needed an iron to iron my clothes and a blow dryer. Both of these things are generally in a hotel room but not in our room. Also, coffee was in the lobby not in the room. We would stay there again though. The ocean view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I liked having a couch and chair too. Very nice stay. ”

“Room was very small right on busy sidewalk area ( noisy)open gap around the door with bad draft very chilly. Had to wear clothing to bed. Plumbing didn't drain ! Shower overflowed into room . No-one around seeing receptionist called the morning of check -in and wasn't going to be there so had a key locked in a key holder on the door with code to retrieve and instructed to leave unlocked door with key inside room. Hotel room in my opinion should not of been rented do to outstanding……
