"We were in Hilton Grand Orlando SeaWorld. Overall, the hotel amenities were very good. The front desk staff, housekeeping and go cart drivers were excellent. But the staff of the mini deli/ provision store were we got our complimentary breakfast/coffee needs a lot of improvement when it comes to customer service. We know waking up early to go to work is no fun but facing guests to give their breakfast, PLEASE give them a simple greeting ( ex. Good morning, what can we get you today?) and SMILE 😊. It's not that hard. We were there for several days and oh my, no kidding, one of the staff have this " don't bother me look" and the " I hate this job impression". One of the guests commented, " A gloomy face for a sunny day." Not a good vibes to get your first meal of the day. "
