"I stayed at this hotel on 2/11/26 and I have not been back since. So why is the front desk trying to charge my card today when I haven’t been there in over a month? The lady at the front desk tried to say that it was for a pet fee which is a lie because when I checked into the hotel I gave them my dogs registered service animal documentation, if that’s the case why wasn’t I charged at checkout? Because she is lying. Also I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I have never been charged 30 days after checkout. I will be reporting the front desk lady that I spoke with. This is fraud and she is trying to scam. "
