"Great stay! Our new hotel we’re choosing when we are going on our staycations. The kickback was fantastic. The staff was always there to clean up and replenish plates, etc for us guests. Aston and Brittani took great care of us during our stay. We’ll definitely come back again. Pinecrest shopping center was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. I even signed up for their rewards program, so we’re family now. Our room was very clean and quiet. It’s best to stay more than one night to enjoy the kickback meal and free drinks. 100% great staff, well maintained hotel, and everything that the hotel offers was fantastic. Like I said we will be back. 10/10 recommend, come see for yourself. All of our questions were answered and the staff were attentive to me and my fiancée during our stay."

"The room was very clean. Parking lot adjacent to hotel and felt safe parking there. Check in staff was friendly enough. Breakfast is offered but did not partake. Checkout was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Close to activities. Lyft very reasonable and drivers were all friendly."

"Spacious clean room that felt very updated. Front desk staff was very welcoming. But only one elevator was working for a six story hotel and its floor was often wet from kids using the pool. But my chief complaint was breakfast. It runs until 10:00 and we showed up at 9:30 and so much food was already gone. No fruit whatsoever. Practically out of waffle batter. Out of oatmeal and hard boil eggs as well as Greek yogurt. Hot breakfast was very good but no fruit?!"

"Our favorite stay in Cleveland! We spent many nights in various rooms over four years while our son attended Case Western. You can't beat the location. This is a small boutique hotel with wonderful character and the staff was always wonderful and helpful. Their breakfasts always delicious and the setting superb. We will miss this place!"

"We booked two separate suites one for us and one for my parents for our son's graduation. The two queen bed suites were perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Our suite was on the 7th floor and although the same layout as my parents on the 5th floor our room on the 7th was updated in terms of aesthetic. Both were clean but ours was nicer. But this did not diminish the stay at all. With it being a graduation weekend where all hotels were packed, the staff were incredibly helpful. The valet parking was flawless despite all the comings and goings. The parking staff did a fantastic job. Overall would highly recommend."
