Renovated, modern home in a quiet area with a game room and spacious backyard

  • Come and relax in this renovated two-story home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located in Federal Way, this property is just minutes from the I-5 freeway, shopping malls, restaurants, and parks. SeaTac Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, and Redondo Beach is only a 5-minute drive.

    As you walk inside, you’ll be greeted by an open and airy living room with a cozy couch and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a sink, and a dining table. Step outside and you’ll find a spacious patio, perfect for barbecues or simply relaxing. The deck overlooks a large backyard with a playground for kids.

    The three upstairs bedrooms are all cozy and feature a comfortable bed and an Amazon Fire TV. The main bedroom has a full bathroom. Downstairs, you’ll find a bonus room with a large flat-screen TV, three lounge chairs, an additional bedroom, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

    For rainy-day activities, there’s a foosball table and an air hockey table in the garage.
