“Mattress too soft, sometimes causing back pain”

“The room had a strong smell of a masking spray. Room was incredibly hot upon checking in. The window Air Conditioner never could catch up. Upon returning the next day, staff had turned the Air Conditioner off. The room was once again too hot, and never cooled off comfortably. Otherwise a reasonably priced stay. Guess it’s true, You get what You pay for.”
