“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a faulty faucet, there was no water available when I arrived, and there were no clean towels. The room was also missing several basic essentials, and there were no electrical outlets conveniently located beside the bed for charging devices. The receptionist at check-in appeared very nervous and was not particularly welcoming or respectful toward guests, which made the arrival experience uncomfortable. “Loved everything about our stay. Complementary breakfast was great. Pool and slide were great. Children had a really fun time. Towels for the pool area should have been checked, ran out a few times, and had to go out and request more towels at the front desk. But besides that, everything else was amazing. Our room was clean. I fully suggest this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be returning with my family.”

“Hotel from outside is nice but it is outdated and not maintained well. Wallpaper peeling in hallways and rooms is so noticeable. The staff was not pleasant to deal with and they provided mixed messages about early check in requests. You have to pay for parking on the property, which isn’t secure or monitored. If charging you think underground and security would be provided.”
