“All was good, save the "desk chair" in the room. For a desk chair that had no wheels and was too heavy to easily slide on the carpet made it awkward to slide in and out while working at the desk.”

“I was looking forward to sleeping in but banging on the ceiling (the floor in the room above me) started at 8:30. The banging was constant and super annoying. Turns out there was construction going on in that room. I called the front desk and they said they would do something but nothing was done. It's unbelievable they didn't block my room out the night before. Crazy.”

“They were vary nice to let my son check in by 11:00. Rooms were very nice and king bed was super comfortable. Very quiet. The only minus was cigarette butts all over the front of the building The plus was the great price and nice room”

“Staff were really nice. Breakfast had some Good options. We chose this place because of the proximity to Red Rocks. Didn’t use the pool because it did not look clean. The seating area outside was nice. Would stay again”

“Piper was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. She was a bright and welcoming face during a time of stress (for myself as the traveler). Piper made it very easy and I can't thank her enough for being so kind. Room was clean and tidy when I arrived.”

“Property not as shown in pics. Very rundown and in need of a lot of maintaince. Pool obviously hasn’t been in operation for a few years. “Breakfast” consisted of dry cereal, toast, and juice…the end. The AC only worked when it wanted to, the blower dryer has been ripped off the wall (staff was helpful in getting a replacement, but it should have been done before checkin), overall VERY run down and not maintained. Literally put an entire light fixture on the side wall to cover a hole. Shower……

“Pretty common breakfast fares as others. Appreciated all the same. The kitchen staff are very good at keeping the food well stocked. ”

“Conveniently located by the hospital. Rooms were cheap , breakfast was good (nice way to start the day without having to worry about that stuff). Checking in and out was quick, efficient. No compliments. Would definitely stay there again”

“Free parking, attentive staff, lovely breakfast buffet, pool/hot tub with mountain views are all great. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. But the bathroom was "down the drain"...awful lighting and ventilation, shower/tub valve was loose, no counter space, and very old shower curtain.”
