Property, itself, was well-maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly. The room had some issues. 2 lights were out in the bathroom. And, the handle on faucet in the shower was broken. It worked - but, was difficult to use due to it being broken. Was disappointed as this was an upgraded room that staff made a big deal about when I was checking-in. For the amount I paid for the room, all lightbulbs should be working. The Iron Horse fell short on this trip. It is a great property. But, I was disappointed that the room ($300 bucks plus $100 pet fee) had broken faucet and 2 non-working lights.

The Pfister Hotel is a gem in Milwaukee for a reason. The property is immaculate and every staff member we came in contact was very cheerful and helpful, guests are even greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. The art work is a story in itself and very much worth the time to seek out. Be sure to check out the 7th floor for a number of paintings from past masters. The Mason St. Grill was excellent and the bar, Blu, on the 23rd floor has an amazing view of the city and the lake. The Pfister will be our place in Milwaukee for sure.
