Home Farm Cottage (with swimming pool and sauna)

  • Home Farm has a separate, newly refurbished, self-catering cottage. The cottage sleeps up to six people and has a very sizeable living room with a wood-burning stove and a fully-fitted kitchen with a seating area. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the cottage.

    Balgavies Home Farm has an exclusive on-site spa area that includes a 10-meter swimming pool, with a countercurrent pump for keen swimmers, a jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna with three separate showers. An additional charge of £10 per person applies for use of the whole spa area. £5 per person for the swimming pool only. These prices apply to a two-hour period. Special prices apply for groups of three and above.
    PLEASE NOTE THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR THE ROOM.

Lovely clean cottage

Cottage is in a lovely quiet location and is very well equipped- beds are very coverage too. I didn’t have much communication from the hosts as didn’t need it- only downside was getting told off for putting the radiators on. I couldn’t get the towels dry overnight for a shower the next day- weather was too wet to hand them out and they wouldn’t dry in the cottage.
