“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“Very nice place! Friendly staff & clean rooms. My only complaint is that there were no hooks to hang any towels or clothing. ”

“Arrived very late, around 2am, the reception was very nice and even offfered hot tea as I was coughing. The total experience was very good, excellent service, very clean hotel, have all the amenities avaialble, 24 hours gym .. can't ask for more ..”

“Hotel is doing renovations so various areas are tarped off. Only 1 of the 2 elevators are available for use. Our first assigned room had ants so we asked to be moved. On weekdays, breakfast ends at 9:30am, weekends at 10am. For the 5 days during our stay, by 8:45am, a lot of items were already out without being restocked. ”

“In-room refrigerator has an ice-maker, but it had to be turned on and it took a long time to make any ice. There were no ice machines available for guests to use. I understand the pool area is going to be permanently closed on 5/1/26, but it was disappointing the hot tub jets were not working during my stay.”

“Check in simple even though 1:00 am. Greeted with a friendly counter person, room clean, hotel areas clean, breakfast fresh and plentiful with a nice variety, staff personable and helpful, bar staff very helpful and made us feel very welcome and important.”
