“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“The hotel is in a good location within proximity to things. The main entrance had a foul smell and the hotel staff were watching videos on their phone while checking me in. The room was clean but the floors were chipped and the cable wasn’t up to date. If you’re looking for a place to stay the night then it works. The pool and breakfast wasn’t desirable.”
