It is spacious of 69 square meters, has two bedrooms with several storage and can accommodate up to four people. You will love its location close to all amenities. Looking forward to seeing you:) \## Logement Located on the 1st floor with elevator and PMR access, the apartment is through and very bright. It is fully equipped and includes: \- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a child's bed (2 master suites) ; \- 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub ; \- a shared swimming pool; \- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen; \- a comfortable lounge area for relaxing after a day's outing; \- and a beautiful 20 m² terrace with awning and breakfast table accessible from the living room; You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: parking, Wi-fi, television, coffee machine: MiniMoka Expresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. The property offers a number of advantages, not least its location. It benefits from easy access to the freeway and is within walking distance of Fréjus town center, the Aqueduct and Villa Aurélienne. What's more, the beaches are just 6 minutes away by car, and downtown Saint-Raphaël is a 10-minute drive away. For everyday shopping, there's a Casino supermarket just a 6-minute walk away. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the city is famous, such as: \- Parc Aurélien, a 16-minute walk away; \- Jardin public de l'île verte, 5 minutes away by car; \- Fréjus beach 7 minutes away by car; \- Musée archéologique de Saint-Raphaël 9 minutes away by car, and much more. We look forward to welcoming you :) \## Emplacement Fréjus has preserved a large number of monuments from its past. In fact, with 2,000 years of history, this Var town of Art and History boasts a significant historical and architectural heritage. The Roman remains are the oldest traces of its past, and include an amphitheatre, a theater and an aqueduct, of which a few pillars and arcades remain. Dating back to the end of the Iᵉʳ century, the arenas could accommodate nearly 12,000 spectators who came to watch gladiatorial combat! In the old town, the Fréjus Episcopal Group, built between the Vᵉ and 16th centuries, is also part of this remarkable heritage. It brings together the beautiful Saint-Léonce cathedral, with its Romanesque bell tower and two naves linked by several arcades. But also the octagonal baptistery dating from the Vᵉ century, one of the oldest in France, the episcopal palace transformed into the town hall, as well as the Romanesque cloister, whose wooden ceiling has been decorated with real or imaginary characters and animals. Adjacent to the cloister is the Archaeological Museum, home to magnificent antique sculptures excavated in the Roman town. \## Transports From Fréjus train station: 6 minutes by car. L'acceuil et le checkout se 'sont passés très facilement . L'appartement est jolie et est récemment renovée.Très proche de tout ce dont on avait besoin pour des vacances tranquilles et agréables.
