“工作人員服務佳”

“好”

“Location was perfect! It was a walk away from all the trendy restaurants, boutiques, and cafés, a very short walk to Maxwell MRT station too. Room was comfy but I wish I booked a room with a window, it was quite daunting without one. Had to ask for amenities but besides that the bed was comfy, clean, and the property itself is cute!”

“The elevator is too slow and too much time is spent waiting for the elevator.”

“Windows are blocked and can't see the view. A bit suffocated in the room out if this. But the location is super convenient, nostalgic and the staff are very helpful.”

“Air con too cold and too nosiy. Vent also very noisy and cannot be switched off”

“Check-in time is only at 3pm, though you can leave your bags in the lobby until they have a room ready. Wouldn’t bother with getting the hotel breakfast – Maxwell is within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Location is better suited to business meetings than sightseeing. Staff are fine but not the most attentive.”

“員工熱情，環境清潔，地點優越。”

“central location with a nice walking path near by. nice bars around and easy walk to chinatown”

“地點方便，整體清潔滿意”

“So the location, the room, and staff were all fine. However, this hotel has a very strange check in and check out policy. I originally booked for 2 days and their checkin time was 8 PM (ok, that was late but I figured that I could make it work. I was then told that I would have to leave and recheck in on the subsequent day. I guess they rent their rooms out in 12 hr shifts. Needless to say, I contacted Expedia and the manager accommodated me like a normal hotel. Now, to be clear, I didn’t mind……

“位置好，服務親切，房間很小，但這個價格沒辦法了，口袋夠深多花點錢住大一點的”

“地點很好，房間很大又舒服，游池又漂亮又放鬆，不過房間門口對於懼高症的人，挑戰很大”
