Rosa provided helpful instructions for accessing the apartment. Parking was very convenient right in front of the door. Can only see ocean by walking up the hill, but the apartment was tidy and pleasant in a quiet neighborhood. Pool up the hill also looked very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property and very quiet

It was the nicest place we stayed while in Portugal! Getting into the gates initially was an issue because we didn't understand the process when nobody was at the gate (our Bolt driver was furious). So, more clarity on how to get the remote for that would have been helpful in advance. Also, the Netflix wouldn't work and our accounts could not work from the US. We had a lot of requests for help that often went over 24 hours so that was frustrating. The property itself was nice , but thought we would have a view... but that was only of the parking lot and the back of the places that had the view.

Schönes Appartement

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung in einer gesicherten und sauberen Anlage. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, es war alles notwendige ausreichend vorhanden. Leider waren wir etwas enttäuscht was Lage und insbesondere Ausblickangeht. Die Fotos im Inserat suggerieren einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Hauptstadt der Insel. Wenn man den begleitenden Text sehr genau liest, bezieht sich dieser auf den Blick vom oberen Teil der Ferienanlage, welche sich an einen steilen Hügel schmiegt, leider jedoch nicht auf das angebotene Appartement, von dessen Balkon man nur auf die gegenüberliegenden Appartementhäuser blicken kann. Daher leider nicht volle Punktzahl.

Très bel environnement

Très bel appartement parfaitement équipé, mais un peu excentré et loin de toute commodité sans voiture. Malgré tout un arrêt de bus à l'entrée de la résidence permet de rejoindre Funchal et de là rayonner sur toute l'île. Un plan de la résidence a disposition serait un plus.

Cancellation & Credit for a future stay

We had been looking forward to our trip to Madeira, which we had prepared very carefully. It was our intention to travel to Madeira from 7/4/2020 - 18/4/2020. Daniel Oliveira and his son Igor always answered our questions and were always easy to reach! In our opinion, their house is well located. Close to Funchal and yet a bit higher and quieter, above the bustle of the city.... We were unlucky that before our departure a state of emergency was declared in portugal because of the worldwide COVID 19 pandemic. All flights to Madeira were suspended. Fortunately, we were told by Daniel Oliveira that we would receive the value of our reservation as credit for a future stay. We really appreciate their proposal! Right now we want to continue our fight against the spread of COVID-19 and stay at home in lockdown... But if there's a vaccine, and it's safe to travel again... then we hope to go on a trip to this beautiful island! It's nice to know we'll be able to use a voucher for this...

March in Madeira

Lovely apartment on a lovely island. Quiet position away from the bustle of Funchal. Shame we were there when the global coronavirus pandemic occurred. Recommend the apartment thoroughly. Daniel and Igor were very helpful at a difficult time.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Tolles Apartment mit Top Ausstattung. Terrasse mit wunderbaren Möbeln zum Relaxen. Kein Meerblick, dafür ruhig. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Golfplatz in 2 Minuten mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Funchal in 15 Minuten. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll.
