Perfect Anniversary trip

The Chalet is amazing!! Very clean and with all the comforts of home. The hosts are the best I have ever worked with. Stayed in communication before, during and after. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a great stay at the chalet. The house was just like it was pictured. The stay was quiet and peaceful and was conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. We also had great communication with the owners throughout the rental process.

Great place to relax!

The chalet really enhanced our trip to the Smoky Mountains. After hiking and exploring all day, it was wonderful to come back to relax in the hot tub and play a game of pool. The chalet was fun to find up the winding roads and once we arrived we loved looking out from both decks.

Smoky Mountain High Chalet

We had a wonderful week at this charming chalet. The owners, Paula and Keith have made it such a nice and comfortable place to stay. They thought of everything! They are very available and ready to answer any questions as well as make your stay memorable. We plan to stay with them again! Highly recommend!

Amazing Chalet!

Our stay was short, only 2 nights, but the chalet was amazing. It was very clean and neat, nothing out of place. From the little touches of hospitality left by the owner, we felt so welcomed. Very much recommend this property to any couple looking for a romantic mountain retreat.

Incredible winter getaway

This property is just as described and so incredibly clean. Paula and Kieth are the best hosts and we really felt like we were staying with friends. My husband and I loved the quite escape from reality in this adorable chalet. Just what we needed- a quiet escape from the real world for a while. We will be back without a doubt!

A relaxing stay.

The property was just as advertised and exactly what we wanted. A short, beautiful drive into Gatlinburg but far enough away to not know it was there. Wonderful mountain views. A great place to just kick back but we also enjoyed just driving the mountain roads, stopping for a roadside picnic and just getting lost (sort of) for a little while. If you want to see bears, this is the place to go, we saw several everyday with one being only about 15 feet from our front door as we were about to leave. Our hosts were the perfect blend of available and caring with minimal contact. We would certainly return to this property.

Anniversary trip

We had an amazing time, the chalet was exactly how it was described. It was very clean. Paula was a great host, a bottle of wine was waiting for us and even a little gift. They treated us as we were family. I would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be back. Thanks again

Our Vacation

The only thing is that the address was confusing so it take us little while to find the chalet, and that the contract said if there’s any visit on the premises we will be evicted, so I have to send a text , and wait until I get respond clarifying that my family was not going to stay at the chalet, but overall we have a great time.

Very relaxing!

This chalet provided us with exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and balcony every day and also just enjoyed sitting inside watching tv and enjoying the heat from the fire place. The bed was super comfy, the pillows a little flat for our liking but enough there to stack for extra cushion :) Paula stayed in contact with us our whole visit to make sure all was well. Thanks!

Amazing weekend getaway

This rental was amazing! It was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed plus some! Paula was fantastic! There are notes everywhere to help with any needs that may arise! Any other questions we had we were able to contact Paula directly and she was very prompt and helpful! 10/10 highly recommend! We will definitely return.

Wonderful Anniversary

The chalet was emulate. Everything we needed. The weather was perfect. Paula and Keith couldn't have been nicer. I used to clean houses for 20 years and this chalet was extra clean. We were celebrating our 36th anniversary and they surprised us with a gift, wine, and 🍫 and a card. We can't wait to come back. Thank you again, Paula and Keith🥰

AMAZING!

I was in contact with Mrs. Paula prior to our stay. We were coming for our anniversary. There had been some storms prior to our arrival. She let me know that cable had got knocked out. But they were already on top of it. All was up and going within a couple of hours of our arrival. These owners are top notch. They thought if everything. We had a card and a small gift for us that was so precious I love! I was in contact with her through are stay. We have made new friends. Not to mention the chalet is beautiful! We loved sitting on the deck everyone enjoying our view! We will def be back again next year as we come every year for our anniversary. Thank you Mrs.Paula for making our stay such a pleasure. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was amazing even from before booking! This was my and my husband’s first time staying in Gatlinburg. We searched through probably 50-75 different cabins, read through reviews of at least 20, and then reached out to 3-5 hosts once we had narrowed our search. Between the pictures and the reviews, I was already pretty sold on on this cabin. I sent the same question to the hosts of all the cabins we were looking at: we would be arriving very late at night we’re not familiar with the area, and were concerned about how the check in process would work and road conditions while we were there. I expected a reply within a day or so. Paula replied within an hour or two and it was very obvious from her reply how important it is to them that their guests are well taken care. That was just the beginning of our amazing stay. The communication was top notch throughout the entire stay. They give very detailed information closer to the time of the reservation from typed out directions in case you don’t have a phone signal to restaurants and activities they recommend. They made sure the lights were on outside since they knew we would be arriving late as well as a few lights in the cabin. There’s notes throughout the cabin and clear instructions on how everything works, not to mention the wonderful bear theme throughout the cabin. It’s very clear that they take pride in being hosts and we are already talking about coming back again in the future for another anniversary.
