"The room was big and clean. The only complaint was there wasn’t enough light. There were only 2 small lights for the big room. But it was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. It also had a mini fridge with a separate freezer section which was helpful in packing lunch."

"This is the only place we stay when visiting Gatlinburg. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is always great, very clean, very friendly & helpful staff and fantastic pool/hot tub area. We stay here 3-4 times a year and never disappointed."

"Needs to be 2 chairs on the balcony Clean the sliding doors on the balconies and the walls in the rooms could be cleaner. "

"Parking was crowded, the wall sockets didn’t work we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and kitchen. The condo smelled of mold or mildew and the towels had stains."

"Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. There isn't much parking and a larger vehicle may have difficulty in some of the spaces. Overall we will stay there again. "

"wow— we stayed here on short notice and it was awesome!! great place for kids to burn off energy at the indoor pool area. we were fortunate enough to get a poolside room too so it was quick & easy access for us to go back and forth. the staff were also AMAZING! i’m honestly just so impressed. Andrea at the front desk was superb! like seriously, i was in awe at how kind she was and went above and beyond to prioritize our room to be ready early (we had a cranky toddler in desperate need of a nap lol). we would definitely stay here again. also- the onsite restaurant was SO GOOD!!! we were shocked bc typically those places can be mid but, it was soooo good. the beds were very comfortable; rooms were so clean and smelled fresh "
