Just a few doors down and seconds from SPIRE Institute/Academy, conveniently located near I90 and just minutes from the Grand River Valley wineries and Geneva-On-The-Lake This cute and charming home is newly renovated and ready to accommodate your group or family! Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a beautiful brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, we know you'll feel comfortable and right at home. My 2 sons and their wives, one granddaughter my husband and I came with my mom to celebrate her 80 th birthday. This house had everything to make our stay fantastic! It is meticulously decorated with beautiful designs throughout the four bedroom home. With a great gathering area in the dining room, kitchen and living space, we played games, relaxed and traveled to the beach for outdoor activities. There is an outdoor area that is private with a grill and seating area. Each bedroom has its own color scheme with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The bathrooms are clean and impeccably maintained. And I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the host! She had a cake and card waiting for us with snacks and every extra imaginable!
