Exquisitely renovated by the owner-architect, every detail of this charming vacation home has been thoughtfully considered. Located in an American Foursquare home on a quiet dead end street, it's backyard fronts the Annisquam River. Relax on the deck and watch the boats or launch a kayak in at high tide.  
  
Relaxing seating garden seating area, just added. The home is in a wonderful location for commuting with easy access to Route 128 or a short walk to the commuter rail. Downtown Gloucester is near by with its museum, restaurants, shops, and of course, its picturesque harbor.  
  
This property is part of a two-family home with long-term renters with separate entrance and parking.  
  
No smoking. No pets.

Living Room: Sunny and bright, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.  
  
Kitchen: The updated kitchen has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, and updated stainless appliances. The kitchen opens on to a dining area with river views and sliders to the deck.
