“Perfect location for what we were there for, a ball game! The views were stunning! The room was perfect and well appointed!! The staff could not have been more helpful!! The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Kaitlyn that checked us in went the extra mile to help us get checked in early and even came outside to help us get parked due to the street being closed due to the ballgame. “The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. “This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back……

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
