"We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday at Pioneer House. It's a beautifully restored farmhouse with loads of character. Very nicely decorated with room for everyone. Even a decorated Christmas tree and wall wreath was provided. It was perfect!"

They have thought about every detail- from the hot tub, to the blankets, fully stocked kitchen to the outdoor furniture with an incredible view of the mountains. Cannot recommend this cute and updated farmhouse enough!!!"

"What an incredible property and layout!! I thought the pictures were amazing but being in the house, the barn and the backyard were mind blowing in person. There are so many different places to breakaway and visit in. The kids loved all of the variety the property had to offer and felt so safe with the fully contained backyard. We will definitely be staying here again for our family reunions and getaway's. Strongly recommend this place for large groups that want to have it all!"

"This house and location are perfect for a family retreat. After a careful exit off the highway to avoid a pothole we were ecstatic at the secluded location with its riverfront and firering location, yet still close to town for a quick grocery pickup. Close enough to several hiking trails when we did leave the site."
