If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My 11 year old slipped and fell trying to use the unsturdy steps and unsturdy rope rail. Thank goodness the neighbors were in town and let us use their pathway and stairs to get onto the water. The house was clean and roomy. There was no extra garbage bags for the kitchen but I brought my own anyway. The checkout process was not clear. No instructions were received via email. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do. Communication with the host was not good. Responses were not received in a timely manner. I booked via Vrbo.com but was getting email communication from both Vrbo and Vacasa that was sometimes confusing and contradictory. I don’t recommend bringing kids due to the steep and dangerous access to the water. Recommend adults only.
