I am a 78-year-old male joining the millennial generation in staying at hotels without on-site management. Liked the price and the kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit was spacious (for one person), the bathroom new and clean and the television was great. What I did not like was the lack of room-darkening shades (there were shades, but the room was not dark), the 6AM garbage pickup that shortened my night's sleep, the very soft bed and heating system (a single unit for the apartment). During a cold spell, I had to turn the temperature to 75 degrees to warm the sleeping area. After making the reservation, I received daily e-mails saying that there was a problem with my credit card. Despite 2 calls to the 800 number, I continued to receive e-mails despite verbal reassurances that all was in order. So a mixed review - excellent facility, but challenges with the reservation process.
