"Next door major construction. Very loud starting at 7 am. Not hotels fault but makes enjoying the outdoor space less than pleasurable"

"I already left a review. Not sure why I am being asked to submit another. The view was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. I was able to park close to the hotel and never had to move it during our stay. Everything was in a nice walking distance. The rates were very budget friendly and it was nice to have a kitchenette area. The sliding door to go out onto the balcony had major issues. It took 2 people to be able to slide it open. Something was definitly wrong with it. The bathroom sink and tub/ shower did not drain properly. Had to stand in a tub half full of water while showering and it took the better part of a day for it to drain out. It was great that they have an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub probably could use a good cleaning. The room definitly needed a deep cleaning. But, it was doable. The staff was very friendly and everytime I saw the house keeper, she asked if I needed anything. I would probably stay here again. Even with the issues. We were in the smaller walk up hotel. Not sure how the rooms were in the larger hotel. They had multiple parking lots in close vicinity. Very fortunate to have a good deal on rates that allowed to spend $ in other areas while staying. It made a beach trip affordable."

"This resort was good for staying short time. The plumbing was stopped up the 1st night but they did fix it. Parking needs expanding."

"Love the beach access with chairs and umbrellas available. The pool area Is fantastic! Lots of pools, hot tubs and seating available. Italian Ice is a must have on a hot spring or summer day’. Also was impressed with the outdoor bar and ease of ordering food and beverages. "

"Well, Sandy Beach Oceanfront IS an old hotel. Cleaning does take place every day, however the carpets needs to be replaced. The floors in the elevators are in need of replacement and I Certainly think that Every shower needs HANDRAILS!! This is so true for seniors! It still is a good place to vacation."
