“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Friendly staff, great location. Not too far from restaurants, is in walking distance of the marina which has a miminart and many food options. Although the building itself needs better maintaining, I would return.”

“It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.”

“The property itself is pretty nice, much bigger than I expected, and overall, it was clean. However, my experience with the staff not what I expected. I would say 2 to 3 out of every 10 staff members were genuinely pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Whenever I came across those individuals, I truly appreciated their kindness and helpfulness.
Unfortunately, the majority were very dry and lacked warmth or personality. There was no smile, no hello, and sometimes not even a response when I extended a……
