“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

However, the shower design was a bit of a letdown, as it didn't have a door, making it messy and inconvenient, especially when traveling with kids. Another issue we faced was the constant shortage of towels. We had to repeatedly call the front desk or hunt down housekeeping staff to request more. “We stayed in the presidential penthouse. Room 7506. The ac never went below 75. One night the ac was broken and it was close to 90 degrees in there. Sweating while I was sleeping on top of the blanket. Idk about you but being outside in 90 degree weather and getting no relief except cold showers not super relaxing. Not only our room but every restaurant had no ac either. Sweat dripping down my back. It was so uncomfortable. We had a butler service which I have no complaints however they were……
