"Great location in Amelia Island. Easy walking distance to the stores, and the harbor to take a river cruise. Breakfast was excellent. Very impressive. I will be back in a future trip to the area."

"I was surprised to be charged $16 daily parking fee which did not show in the Expedia booking, but not unreasonable for the location. Also had to pay a $50 incidental deposit on my credit card which was returned at checkout. The hotel was very convenient, right across the street from the beach. Nice room, large with microwave and fridge, very comfortable king size bed and basic but adequate free breakfast. On checking in the room had a strange unpleasant smell but the staff sprayed air freshener that took care of it. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and would stay again just for the location, especially considering the low rate for the room."

"Well maintained. Friendly accommodating staff. Clean rooms. I gave the breakfast at 5 out of 10. Cereal and bagels. Convenient to all of the restaurants and shops by the pier."
