“The rooms were nice and they were clean the only 3 issues were: there are no microwaves in the rooms, you had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice, and the side railings of the bed will KILL your shins so BEWARE!! Great location has a lot of restaurants in the area, shopping within walking distance, and 8 mins from the airport, the staff was extremely friendly, would stay again if we ever go back to Jacksonville.”

I didn’t see any organized activities anywhere .. there is a sizable space outside and they had a movie that was put up on Saturday night but I don’t see justification for that to get $30 by every room that stays there. Additionally, their pool was broke and their TV did not work in the fitness room. The breakfast was very good but of course you had to pay for it”

The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
