"Room had great view! We had 5 adults and 3 children! Only given 4 bath towels.. check in text said 2 wash cloths and never had any. Kitchen supplies were limited… we cooked a lot in our room. Master bathroom shower - unable to use only a trickle of hot water. Had a water leak in the closet - were unable to use the dryer on the last day."

"Very quiet and comfortable, a decent place to stay in Miami without breaking the bank, I would recommend staying there.. elevators do get busy and paying for parking valet with no other options like self park was the only thing I thought they could do different.. but overall a cool place to stay "

"The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button. This caused a huge wait and a walk, down...
