Need the room key in order to use the elevator to your floor, access from the parking garage etc. I was surpried when I found out we could not self park our vehicle, so the mandatory Valet Parking fee was a shock. I thought I read in the information when booking the suite that self park was available, but I could be mistaken. There are fees when checking in, for the property amenities, valet parking, and damage deposit, so keep those in mind when booking. Other than that,...

“The room was great everything is updated and beautiful and the view was great as well, however the name of the place has “resort in it”, but it is more of an apartment building, there aren’t really any amenities, there is a pool and that’s about it. Also, there are only 2 elevators for the entire building including 29 floors, there is a daily “peak time” where the elevators have specific stops that will not go to your floor even when you press the button.
