"The property, although not within easy walking distance of much, is located a very short drive from downtown Portsmouth and attractions. The house was nicely set up, had ample room to enjoy, and all of the house amenities needed. Would recommend!"

"Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street."

"John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast."

"The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc"

"Spent 5 days at the house and it was lovely with a mesmerizing view of the open ocean. Extremely quiet location tucked away perfectly. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. (We did not use the lower floors' 2 bedrooms/bath so I can't speak to that.) Low allergen house with no rugs and leather furniture...a dream come true for anyone with allergies (like me ) and aesthetically lovely. We had 2 days of very wild winds and the house was warm and cozy, with the roiling ocean a main...

"Very beautiful place to stay and was able to spend time with my family. We were down for a service. Use driving from Canada and my sister and her family from texas. Not being able to see each other that often made it even more special. I would rent this place again for any events or vacation"
