"The staff was happy and busy. The hotel was sub par. Pool was freezing, hot tub didn’t work which is the main reason for our stay as it’s one of 3 hotels in the area that provides a hot tub. The bath didn’t have a bath plug so couldn’t take a bath. Won’t be staying there again."
