The villa was super clean, very modern and had everything we needed! We have been coming to HHI since the children were small and love the Palmetto Dunes area but wasn't impressed with this location. The pool closest to us was green, the water around the villa had been drained and we saw a lot of trash on our morning walks. Although there's parking available, we had a difficult time finding spots in our designated area.

Perfect Beach Getaway!
The property was clean, equipped, convenient and adorably decorated! This spot afforded us all the options we were looking for. Quick walk or ride to the beach, quick walk to Shelter Cove to watch the fireworks, great private shower to keep sand off and out of the house, shuttle services available as needed for the beach and other attractions (midday wait times were a touch long but overall, great), so many great restaurants nearby, and the kids of course loved the pirate ship park at Coligny Square. The host/management team were very responsive and understanding. We loved lunch at Cactus Street Cantina & dinner at Fish Camp on Broad Creek! Our young kids are already asking when can we go back to “The Condo”!

Great unit! Perfectly equipped kitchen. Gas grill. My guy loved the golf tv etc. love palmetto dunes and queens grant. Our 2nd stay at this property. Great communication. Easy check in.

Comfortable, clean and nice
Everything was clean and perfectly placed. Thankfully they had fans because we forgot ours! Couch was great for family movie night and villa was in good location. Only thing that I didn’t love was parking. If there is no parking left in the area you have to park in another complex’s and people will park in the complex at this condo and leave you with no other option. Other than that great stay! Had everything we needed! Will definitely be staying here again!

Property was as described. Overall was clean except there was a caterpillar issue inside the place. Orkin showed up while we were with no warning woke my son that was napping. We drive in and brought s pack n play, beach toys and chairs as none were provided in the unit. But, there was a credit offered for beach equipment if you need to rent it.

Nice property, close to everything.
