“My stay at the Residence Inn was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made arriving after a long day of driving much more convenient.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and that standard carried through to the room as well. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided plenty of comfort. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

“Clean, modern, spacious room. Very comfortable chaise lounge chair in room. Polite and helpful check in process despite being very busy with a hockey tournament. Some hallway noise with kids running and doors slamming due to hockey players but this did not interrupt our sleep.

“Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. ”
