“The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, the overall comfort fell short. The bed was particularly strange. It was hard to tell whether it was too soft or too firm, but either way, something just didn’t feel right. It made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The pillows also left a lot to be desired, lacking both support and comfort. Another drawback was the TV. For the size of the room, the television felt much too small, making it difficult to watch comfortably from the bed or……

“Family room was almost impossible to find and not located on the map. Room wasn’t locked when I finally found it. I felt unsafe . Couldn’t see outside all windows were glazed over with some kind of material so you could not see out. There was a dog barking that had apparently been left in a room… I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe ”
