• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval and subject to an additional fee (plus tax) per pet, per stay. Pet fees may not be reflected in your initial booking total and will be added or requested separately.



• No Air Conditioning: This home does not have A/C, which is typical for Lake Tahoe properties. Fans are provided for guest comfort.



• Parking: 4 vehicles permitted in designated parking areas (fewer during snowy conditions). Street parking is never permitted.



• Other:

• Home has electric bear deterrent wires.

• Must climb stairs (2 steps to front door) and 10 stairs to 2 upstairs bedrooms.

• Firewood is not provided by Host.

• Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill and Yard Games available only in the peak summer months.

*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.
