Those looking to swim, surf, stroll along the boardwalks, or just relax on the warm sands will find Waikiki Beach, Queen's Beach, and Kahanamoku Beach, all within a couple miles of this rental. Directly across the adjacent Ala Wai Canal, visiting golfers can challenge the 18 world class holes of the Ala Wai Golf Course. And when you're looking to shop or eat, the Island Colony complex is within walking distance of several popular restaurants, stores, and even a luxury shopping mall. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit allows 30+ stays Parking in the on-site structure is $47/day, paid directly to the attendant Stays over 28 nights may be eligible for a fee waiver. The price can't be beat. The restaurant downstairs is very tasty and convenient. I enjoyed the balcony and the hot tub. The room was pretty nice, but did have some areas that needed a little TLC. Our main concern was that the air conditioner was very loud and did not keep up well. We were often too hot. There was no thermostat so you have to leave it on to sleep but if it runs all night you might get cold and the noise may make it difficult to relax. I called the management company when the leak got worse and it was literally raining in our bathroom. The representative asked me what I wanted them to do about it. The microwave was broken and when I called customer service they always assured me how they would get someone to come "asap" to fix it and that never happened. It was the reason why I booked this room because it had a full kitchenette. From my experience, Vacasa has no follow through and makes empty promises to only pacify the renter. I'm very disappointed with this aspect and will not be renting if Vacasa is involved in the future. The condo was very sparse, no pool or beach towels were provided. TV would not connect to the internet so we were not able to use it. Had trouble getting our TV to work but contacted property manager and she was very prompt in getting it rectified. We appreciated the view but their were a few things I wasn’t happy about. There was no broom or dust pan, we had a swiffer with no wet wipes, no cleaning supplies for the bathtub, some power outlets weren’t working. I was disgusted with the look of the box spring and suggest a bed skirt, the bathtub also started chipping after cleaning it as of they got a bad cheap resurfacing job. I also Wish their were somewhere to hang up our face towels etc in the shower, towel racks are ok but towels kept falling had to hang up in closet, wish we had a few beach towels or beach accessories.
