I understand running such a business is tough and i see them making improvements. Overall it was the staff that made this stay absolutely amazing. Checking is in late, helped with our luggage and offered after hours snacks. Ofcourse they know people travel long distances to get to Inuvik, so they made sure our stay was comfortable.
