“Not sure why it got 8 plus star reviews but this place is noisy, AC doesn’t work and there a big street right out side the room window. Carpet stinks. This is just below 3 star hotel. Satyam Properties who manages this hotel should make some changes to improve the facilities.”

“We arrived early so we just went ahead in to see if our rooms were ready. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. He asked us to give him an hour and our rooms would be done. True to his words, our rooms were ready in an hour. They smelled wonderful because the floor had been freshly mopped. The air conditioner in our room was fabulous. We stayed during the wildfires and smoke from the fire in Canada. There was no smoke smell in our rooms. As always, Motel 6 beds are comfortable and……

“I arrived expecting to find a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. I did find all those. I also knew they had dining available in the lobby, but I was so surprised by the variety of items they offered and the quality. We had pre-ordered breakfast when booking the room - basically two for the price of one. We each got a "hot entree" and coffee. Starbucks coffee. The breakfast menu items available made it hard to decide. Each of us had huge portions of eggs, made……

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened.
