Mt Ranch with Private Hot Tub

A caretaker lives in a blocked out basement suite in the summer and fall months to care for the landscape and flower beds. Please observe the no pet policy.

An actual bird sanctuary, this home is surrounded by serene views, wildlife, and fantastic views on a full private 10 acres! This quaint two bedroom, two bath Log Cabin on the North end of Teton Valley overlooks miles of rolling farm grounds and the Teton range abroad. This home features meticulous landscaping throughout the bloom season to create a romantic and relaxing experience. Furnished with Western decor, the comfortable layout offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and cozy living room with wood burning stove.

There are two queen beds, one in each bedroom, so the home will comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the outdoors sitting in the private hot tub, with decks on the East with panoramic Teton views, or the West to catch beautiful sunsets over the Big Hole range.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.

Additional insurance fee for stays over 29 nights will apply. 
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.

Fantastic stay. Loved the hummingbirds and the hot tub. Beds are comfy, lots of linens/towels. Great view. Well-appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice and relaxing Cabin with great views of the Tetons

Really clean and well stocked cabin, about 1.5 hours to Yellowstone and about the same to Teton National park. Targhee National Forest is about 1/2 an hour up the road. The local grocery store here in Driggs is really well stocked and priced just like any local grocery store, it’s about the same as a gelsons, Whole Foods or Wegmans. The cabin has everything you need to cook, as well as an instapot hidden in the buffet in the dining room which doubles as a rice cooker. The cabin is little smaller than the photos imply but still plenty roomy for 4 guests. The beds were very comfortable. The showers are nice and hot but stand up only, no tub. The hot tub is as really clean and positioned to look out toward the Teton mountains. There is an elderly lady that lives downstairs who is very quiet and only comes out to water the plants and fill the bird feeders. All and all, a nice stay.

Twin sister 60th birthday trip

Wonderful sister trip. Cozy "little" cabin with spectacular views! Loved getting to meet the previous owner, Nancy. She was a welcomed surprise as we weren't sure what to expect from the on site caretaker. Enjoyed sitting on the deck while sipping a non alcoholic beer and chatting with her! Great memories and we look forward to going back! Make sure that you stop and enjoy the "Cowboy Bowl" breakfast at Butter Cafe in Victor, Idaho.

Second stay as great as the first

Second time we've stayed at this property while visiting Yellowstone and the Tetons. It's very comfortable for 4 adults, and the view is spectacular. Management was communicative and answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend in all wayd.

Magnificent views

We wanted to be away from the crush, and the cabin was just that. Quiet, beautiful views, pro active management. The living and dining room were comfortable and spacious as were the bedrooms. The baths are small, and the showers were very tight- as in how can I wash my feet. Each bedroom has a sink, but they are powder room sized - low and very small basin. There are no closets. The caretaker was lovely and had great local information.

Excellent property. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing location. There is a caretaker that lives in a seperate downstairs appartment with no inside connection but we had no isses from them and only saw the caretaker once

Weekend Trip to the Tetons

We stayed here while we were exploring the Grand Teton National Park nearby. Our commute to the park activities ranged from 1hr to 1.5hr. The hot tub was great after our hikes! It was a beautiful private property with lovely views of the Tetons in the distance. Also the beds were very comfortable!

Mountain Views

Very clean and well-appointed property. The hot tub was just what we needed after returning from daily activities. Neighboring horses came out every night and we even saw a cow herd being moved to other pastures.

Quiet and secluded

The cabin was in a secluded quiet area which was nice but that meant driving for quite a distance to get to the sights. The view was nice from the cabin and the hot tub, which was very nice after a full day of hiking. WiFI coverage was in and out. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. However, the showers stalls were both very tiny and the water pressure was low in the toilets. Some instructions on how to operate the television would have come in handy. We never did find any local programming channels. When we tried to watch a movie, we lost audio. The garbage disposal did not work or we never found the right switch to operate it. In the evening there were loud popping sounds coming mostly from the roof. The bed was very comfortable. That being said we had a pleasant stay and really like the town of Driggs.

MT Ranch review

The property was everything advertised, beautiful, clean, great location and a beautiful view. My daughter and I both loved the caretaker. The ONLY thing negative about the whole experience was on the second of four nights there my daughter and I were about to go outside to enjoy the evening sitting on the porch and watching the view and two men showed up on riding mowers to mow the yard. We could not go outside and the mowers were so loud we could barely even listen to the TV. They were there for some time. Outside of that, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Teton mountain cabin delight!

The property didn’t disappoint. Fabulous views of the Tetons, a brook, it had fun decor, was beautifully maintained with a fully loaded kitchen, (even stocked with plenty of tea and coffee and any spice or condiments you would want). Although we don’t drink, they also had plenty of wine and alcohol for some to enjoy. As the others stated the caretaker wasn’t intrusive and was attentive, if needed. The garbage disposal was broken and she said she was aware and scheduled to be fixed..The hummingbirds were plentiful as well as prairie dogs in the back yard and it was fun waking up to their funny chattering! The ride to Teton Natl park and Yellowstone was about an hour, as mentioned..The town of Driggs is 15 min ride and has a decent breakfast restaurant called Provisions and a nice size grocery store as well..As the other reviewers stated the stand up showers were small but we didn’t care much, as we spent most of the time in the wonderful back deck hot tub at night, after our long hikes during the day.. I would highly recommend this awesome cabin and I would have left a 4.5 if possible and the only reason we didn’t do a 5 rating was because a few hours after we left, the property manager texted us asking if we knew where a radio and speakers were located. The owner claimed it was missing after we checked out. Although the property manager said she “wasn’t accusing us” it still kinda left a bad taste in our mouths. Otherwise, overall it was an amazing cabin and getaway!

Comfy beds awaited us! Loved the location. No a/c but you didn’t need it with the windows and ceiling fans. Tastefully appointed. Please note, we had to buy coffee and toilet paper. I think those should be included in the future for incoming guests. Please update binder to reflect tv options.

Very Comfortable Cabin!

Cabin was very clean & equipped with all the basic necessities we needed for stay! View was beautiful!! Although location is a little of a drive to Yellowstone Park, it’s close to nearby cities for shopping. Was an added bonus to have the hot tub warm & ready for us!

Relaxing getaway

What a fantastic place to stay! Even though we had a lot of rain, the cabin was perfect to relax and still enjoy the beautiful views! The drives to Grand teton park and Yellowstone are just beautiful and the cute little town of Driggs was full of friendly people and nice grocery stores,even gluten and dairy free items for my husband. The yard is just the cherry on top of everything and being able to sit on the deck and watch the hummingbirds was just the best time ever! We will definitely stay here again!

clean, had everything we needed, easy to do list when we left.

no air conditioning, was a 45 minute to an hour drive from Jackson, if you are planning on spending time in the Tetons long drive back and forth. bathrooms are a disapointment, and one stayed backed up the whole time. bathroom sinks are in bedrooms not bathrooms. but it was clean, stocked and the view was very nice. Host was informative and had a notebook with things to do and places to go visit. Overall we had a nice stay.
