"It was a great hotel! Especially for those looking to Haneda as a gate to other places (Taiwan, Thailand, etc). Being right in the same Terminal as several airlines was a huge benefit for my wife and I as we could rest easily and not worry about missing our early morning flight."

"Although it was one night and our last night in Japan, I couldn't ask for a better place to spend it at. We came quite late around 10pm or so, but the staff was ready to service us even before coming up to the reception desk. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was the most spacious we had on our travel, and the beds were comfy. The view was amazing as the Tokyo Skytree Tower was on our side, right in the middle. Of course, we did splurge a little to view it. I really enjoyed the services they offered like holding our bags for a couple of hours after check-out as well as having a service that took us and our luggage straight to Narita airport. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Big plus is there is a 7-11 and Lawson right across and a train station nearby. Definitely worth it for our trip. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff is friendly. I like the hotel but the outside of the property was dirty, noisy and made me feel unsafe. There was a lot of people who were drunk and passed out on the sidewalk. This property is not for families with kids."

"Shinjuku Prince is a gorgeous property and smack dab in the middle of everything. You cannot beat this location as you have access to everything! It’s a short walk to the train which is a plus if you are using metro. The triple room offered just enough space and the property was very clean and updated! My family of 3 had more than enough space for 3 large suitcases and a carry on. There was even a micro fridge! The bathroom area roomy and was separate from the sleeping space, and the views were stellar - we could see Godzilla, the skyline and there is even an interactive map in our room with places to eat and shop in the neighborhood! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and check in was a breeze! Convenient stores, cafes, and karaoke are conveniently located steps away, so all your needs can be met at Shinjuku Prince! "

"Great location, many really good restaurants near the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The on site restaurant is a quality buffet with fresh, good tasting food selections. Lots of shopping options a 5 minute walk away and walkable access to Shinjuku station gets you on a train to anywhere in Tokyo. Even though Shinjuku station is considered the busiest train station in the world, it's laid out nicely and navigating it with the help of Google maps and the english signs is really pretty easy."
