"The hotel is located in an embassy area, which we found to be very quiet and safe. Our room was spacious, featuring one and a half bathrooms. The rooms have been newly renovated with a modern design, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a pleasant experience. Every morning, there were two breakfast options offered, both of which were delicious and visually appealing. We truly had a wonderful stay at The Okura."

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable.
