"This hotel is an easy walk to the subway station, plenty of convenient stores around if needed. The hotel was kept tidy and personnel quick to assist with any issues we had due to language. One suggestion is to put instructions for the air conditioning unit and washer/ dryer unit in English in the room for quick access. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in with a washer in the room. 🤗 There’s also a McDonald’s right next door which makes it handy for a quick bite."

"While Shinjuku is a convenient place to stay, the area directly around the hotel is dirty. But the hotel s inside is clean. Also the terrace was closed to see the Godzilla head."

"Very nice and clean hotel. The room is small but has everything I need. The entrance is easy to find and ADA accessible. The only thing I am picky about is the location: it is a bit far away from the subway station, BUT it is very close to the bus stop. I think my stay here definitely worth it."
