"The property is part of a wider complex that had recently experienced a significant fire with a number of the other units in the complex completely gutted and being rebuilt. The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior. When inside the property it was extremely dirty and unclean with significant layers of dust, bugs and grime on many surfaces. There was also an abundance of cobwebs, almost as if the place had...

"We stayed for 5 nights while we were trying to determine if we were interested in moving to Dallas. We picked an area that my husband was familiar with. The VRBO was great for our excursions. Close to the city and easy to get onto the freeways. The only thing we were surprised about was the two sets of stairs that we needed to navigate with our luggage. We are retirement are and would have preferred an easier method of accessing the apartment."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas!"
