"Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Louisville this past weekend! me and a friend were in town visiting bourbon distilleries, your location is great and very close to so many! I love that you have breakfast available and coffee all day! The Parking was a little confusing with the deck next door, and unclear on paying ourselves vs paying the deck directly...Zara the manager on staff Saturday and Sunday morning was amazing, above and beyond not just for me, but while I was enjoying my coffee in the lobby, watching her interact with other guests with her great personality!!!"

"First I would like to send super kudos to Afton for her patience and consideration when I had a problem with my account. She got it all figured out and was empathetic to my problem. All the while being upbeat and positive. Then in the morning Tasha was also delightful on checkout! The breakfast was delish and Sherry's service excellent. The only con was the toilet had black mold around the base and the caulking was majorly damaged. Toilet seat in the handicap bathroom was so loose I almost fell off. These are minor issues that can be taken care of quickly and easily."
