“Everything was perfect!! Location, room, staff!! Will definitely come back!!”

“When we checked in after a 7 hour drive our room smelled horrible. Our fridge and freezer smelled of fish. The room was dirty. Hairs on the floor. Property isn't maintained. The wifi was down our whole stay. Which is funny because they tell us to notify them of anything 24 hours before our check-in. But nobody contacted me to notify me that their Wi-Fi has been down. My daughter was traveling with me currently is taking college classes and needs wi-fi to do such. I did complain to the front……

However, I’m very disappointed with Expedia. When I booked, I selected the “pay at property” option, but I was charged in advance. In addition, my reservation was for a room with 2 beds for 4 guests, yet I was charged an extra fee. Expedia says this comes from the hotel, which I understand but the issue is that……

“We had a fabulous stay the resort is beautiful so calm and peaceful. We enjoyed the free kayaks and paddle boards. There are lots of restaurants nearby just a short drive away our favourite being Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House.”

“Il resort è Magnifico, sicuramente il più bel posto dove ho soggiornato alle Keys. Il personale è presente ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti!!! Semplicemente un posto perfetto per godersi le Keys. Il Tiki bar è il miglior posto di Marathon per vedere il tramonto e bersi un buon cocktail. Assolutamente consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini, noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini uno di 5 e 3 anni! Le piscine sono calde una è sempre piena di giochi per bambini!!! ”

“It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. ”

“The room needs Cleaning and repair also towels are descasten they are rugs, we have 2 crabs in the room and have to go to the store to get a couple of pillows because the one in the room were very flat. We will never stay there again EVER”

“Do not be fooled by the "resort" label. This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay……
